1. Electronic Consent required
for use of our service

General disclosures applicable to all USForex customers may be made by posting them on our website. All information that is provided electronically shall be deemed to be provided "in writing." We are not required to and do not intend to provide paper copies of any records to you.
You are required to keep your User Profile updated at all times with your current email address.
2. Withdrawal of Electronic Consent Terminates Our Relationship
Your Electronic Consent shall remain in full force and effect unless you provide notice to us that you wish to withdraw your consent by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling +1888-288-7354 that you wish to withdraw your consent.
Please note, however, that if you withdraw your Electronic Consent, you can no longer use our service. There is no fee to withdraw your Electronic Consent, however, if you withdraw your Electronic Consent and subsequently need a copy of records relating to your previous transactions, USForex may charge a fee of to provide you with paper copies of your records.
3. Hardware and software required to access electronic records
In order to use our website and print out records or materials that you access through our website, you will need:
(i). An Internet browser that supports 128-bit encryption, such as Internet Explorer versions 7.0 or above or FireFox 3.0 or above.
(ii). An email account and email software capable of opening PDF attachments and interfacing with our systems.
(iii). A personal computer, operating system and telecommunications connections to the Internet capable of supporting the foregoing.
(iv). Sufficient electronic storage capacity on your computer's hard drive or other data storage unit, to store copies of your records.
(v). A printer that is capable of printing from your Internet browser and email software, if you desire paper copies of your records.
